TRAILBLAZER
Our six-month part-time boot camp programme for those beginning their changemaker journey. Participants "learn by doing" as they explore different social change and business models to turn their ideas into actions.
CHANGEMAKER
Our two-year degree equivalent part-time incubator programme for those who want to turn their ideas into real sustainable businesses. Participants learn by working in interdisciplinary teams and alongside those already running social change businesses.

CULTIVATED

Created and delivered by TASC Changemaker in Residence, Gemma Whitelock, Cultivated is a programme designed primarily for female entrepreneurs who want to take their business ideas or side hustle and make them their main job.
COACHING BASICS
Our Level 3 accredited coaching programme is for anyone eager to become a coach and empower others. Designed to explore how to build strong, professional relationships and guide the people you support toward growth and success.
TASC uses the Team Academy methodology, which originates in Finland, it transforms education by focusing on experiential learning, teamwork, and entrepreneurial skills.
CORE PRINCIPALS
LEARNING BY DOING
At the heart of TASC is learning by doing. Students, known as changemakers, take part in real-world projects and business ventures. This practical, hands-on approach ensures theoretical knowledge is immediately applied, deepening understanding and fostering lasting retention.
TEAM-BASED LEARNING
Collaboration is fundamental to the TASC experience. Changemakers operate in self-managed teams, replicating real-world business environments. This approach encourages peer-to-peer learning, enabling students to gain insights from each other's skills and experiences.
ENTREPRENEUR MINDSET
The methodology develops an entrepreneur's mindset by promoting creativity, innovation, and calculated risk-taking. Changemakers actively engage in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, often launching and managing their own projects and businesses as part of the learning process.
COACHING OVER TEACHING
Traditional teaching roles are replaced by coaches who offer guidance, mentorship, and support. This shift allows changemakers to take responsibility for their learning, fostering self-motivation and independence.
CONTINUOUS REFLECTION & FEEDBACK
Reflection and feedback are integral to the learning process. Regular sessions enable teampreneurs to assess their progress, evaluate experiences, and receive constructive input from peers and coaches. This practice refines individual and team goals while highlighting areas for improvement.
GLOBAL EXPOSURE
TASC promotes global and interdisciplinary learning through international projects, partnerships with institutions worldwide, and collaboration as part of the Team Academy UK and Timiakatemia Global network. This broadens students’ perspectives and equips them to adapt to a globalised world.
